Known Issues
The following is a list of some known issues with our products / services.
- Microsoft Web Server 2003 issues relating to "Enhance Security Provisions" are currently resolved.
- Microsoft Server 2003 Standard and Enterprise support will continue through 2010, and may be extended by arrangement.
- Microsoft NT and NT 3.5 Server Series is no longer supported.
- Browser related issues - Xtraware clients may improve browser access by adjusting their browser settings:
Internet Explorer Browsers: In Internet Options>Security Tab, add Xtraware sites to Local Area, or Trusted Sites. Both may be used with default settings. - For all other support issues, please contact Xtraware Support.
